Peanut butter sukdhi/ fudge

 Ingredients:




1 cup finely ground Oats

1 cup grated jaggery

1 jar (340gm) of crunchy peanut butter

1/4th cup melted ghee

½ cup dessicated coconut (optional)

1/2 cup pumkin and/or sunflower seeds mixed(optional)

Chopped mixed nuts to garnish.

Method:

- In a deep pan, pour the ghee.

- Once the ghee is warmed up, add the ground oats and roast on medium heat until they turn golden brown

- Next, add the peanut butter and dessicated coconut

- Mix thoroughly to incorporate all the ingredients

- Lastly, add the jaggery and mix until it all comes together and the jaggery is evenly distributed

- Line a tray with grease proof /baking paper, transfer the mixture to the tray and garnish with chopped nuts

Let it set and cut into squares

Store in an airtight container
