Recipe:
1.Any canned beans, I have used pinto beans here, you can also use home cooked beans.
Other options are red kidney beans, black beans, etc
soak the beans atleast 5-6 hours and then pressure cook, with teaspoon of salt.
2. Finely choped onion
3. Tomatoes finely chopped
4. Finely choped garlic
5.Finely chopped green chilies, adjust according to how spicy u want
6. Black pepper freshly ground
7.Salt as per taste
8. Red chilli powder as per taste
9. Lemon juice 2 tsp
10. Avacado optional
11.Coriander for garnish.
Optional: you can substitute or add green, yellow, red bell peppers and corn
Mix all the ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator for 3o min
it sucks up all the juices and spices and taste delicious.
Final step, dig in with scoops or tortilla chips.
