Ingredients:
Paneer cubes
3 Onions🧅
4 tomatoes🍅
Dry red chilies
10 to 12 pieces of cashew nuts
Ginger garlic paste
Kashmiri red chili
Kasoori methi
Coriander/Cilantro
Salt to taste
Oil
1. In a pan take some oil and heat it up on medium, once the oil is hot add dry red chilies, cashews, diced onions and tomatoes. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until soft.
2. Let it cool down, once cooled grind it into a smooth paste and filter it to get the smooth creamy paste.
3. In the same pan add ghee/oil/butter, let it heat up and add Kashmiri red chili, kasoori methi, salt, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste and coriander. Let the spices cook for one minute on slow flame.
4. Add the paste and give it a stir.
5. Let it simmer on slow flame for up to 5-8 minutes once oil start to separate.
6. Add paneer cubes and let it simeer for 2 more min.
7. Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or roti.
