1 cup moong soaked overnight
2-3 green chillies
1 small piece ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
Going into coarse paste with 1/2 cup water
Remove in a bowl
Add salt per taste
1 tsp Sugar optional
3 tbsp semolina
1tbsp oil
Mix all together
Steam for 20 min
